Nathalia passed both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics. She will be progressing from Broadstairs Junior College to join the Sixth Form at Sandwich Technology School.
Lucy passed GCSE in Mathematics and Year 1 of the UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts (Dance) at the College. Lucy will be continuing to Year 2 of the Diploma in September.
Chloe successfully passed both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics whilst studying the UAL Level 2 Diploma in Art and Design.
Amy was delighted to open her results to find the grade she was hoping for. Having passed GCSE English, Amy is hoping to enter training to become a Music Teacher.
Joseph overcame the challenges his dyslexia presented to pass GCSE English alongside Level 2 Bricklaying at the College. Joseph will be returning to Canterbury College in September to study Level 2 Plumbing.
Jemima passed both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics. She will be progressing from Broadstairs Junior College to take on an Apprenticeship in Hairdressing.
Sisters Samantha and Chloe were both delighted to pass their GCSEs. Samantha achieved a grade 4 in GCSE English, whilst Chloe achieved a grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics. They are both considering returning to the College in September to further their studies.
Amira was thrilled to discover that she has passed GCSE English.
Henry passed both GCSEs, achieving a grade 6 in GCSE Mathematics and a grade 7 in GCSE English. Henry also successfully completed Year 1 of the College's BTEC Level 3 Media course.
Melvine, who is set to start work at Ursuline College teaching French and German, was delighted to pass both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics. She commented: "Training makes perfect. I am a mum who has been out of education for eight years.
"It was scary to come back, but if I can do it, anyone can."
It was a double celebration for Mia as she opened her results on her birthday to find that she has successfully passed GCSE English.
Millie was over the moon to find that she had achieved an incredible grade 9 in GCSE English and a grade 6 GCSE Mathematics.
Super mum Rhiannon, overcame the challenges of studying during the lockdown whilst caring for her four children, to successfully pass GCSE English.
Daisy passed both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics alongside completing her Level 3 Advanced Technical Certificate in Digital Technologies. Delighted with her results, Daisy commented: “I am ecstatic about my results! I’m looking forward to progressing to BTEC Level 3 Information Technology in September.”
Zach achieved a fantastic grade 6 in GCSE English and a grade 7 in GCSE Mathematics.
Sophie was thrilled to pass GCSE Mathematics having studied the subject alongside the first year of her BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. She commented: “I want to thank my Tutor, Richard, for helping me get the grade I wanted. I’m looking forward to spending the rest of the day celebrating!”
Adult learner, Natasha, successfully passed both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics, in addition to completing her Pre-Access course.
