Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Principles - Level 3 (Part time)

Perfect if you want to study the theory and practical aspects of routine vehicle inspections, fittings, maintenance repairs and diagnosis and rectification activities.

What does this course involve?

Repair a broad range of vehicle systems using the latest computer-aided diagnosis and scanning equipment and hybrid vehicle training rigs
Gain experience in agreeing customer needs and other employability skills
Carry out diagnostics on a range of modern vehicles

What qualifications do I need?

No formal entry requirements are required but relevant experience within the trade is necessary and a relevant full level 2 qualification would be preferred.

Assessment

You will learn through practical sessions in our workshops and assessments will be through demonstration of competence, written assignment work and online tests.
