Perfect if you want to gain skills in cutting and styling men's hair
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to cut and style men's hair. The course will include health and safety, consultation, styling, cutting hair and facial hair. The qualification will consist of four units:
For each unit, the following will need to be completed:
On successful completion, you could progress onto our Level 2 Ladies Hairdressing programme. Alternatively, you could seek employment as a barber in a salon or become a self-employed mobile barber.

This course is suitable for 19+ only.
This course may be free to those who are 19+ and are unemployed or on a low income. If you qualify for co-funding you will be charged £470. The full cost of this course is £941.
