Pathways are made up of courses focused on future careers or further education opportunities

Get off to a great start with our business and hotel management courses, which offer hands-on experience of working in these fast-paced sectors.

Studying at Broadstairs College, you will be learning in a unique way with access to The Yarrow, our on-site, four-star commercial hotel. 

You will gain an understanding of real business practices, working alongside hospitality professionals with regular work experience opportunities and the chance to organise events. 

Facilities

The Yarrow hotel opened to the public in 2016 and sits within the Broadstairs College grounds. Converted from a Grade 2 listed building, the hotel has 23 bedrooms, 5 suites, a salon and a restaurant, with event space for 120 people. 

This unique learning environment provides valuable work experience for our Business, Events and Hotel Management students, giving them a real insight into the industry and how it works.
