Level 3 Reflexology

What will I learn?

You will learn the ancient art of reflexology.

Reflexology is a form of massage performed on the sole of the foot. By applying pressure to certain points, reflexology can help to reduce stress and tension, improve circulation and cleanse the body of toxins. It is also highly effective for revitalising energy, and is often used as preventative healthcare.

As part of this course, you will learn the techniques needed to perform professional reflexology, as well as covering client well-being, business practice and anatomy and physiology.

On successful completion, you can become a self-employed reflexologist. It could also allow you to progress onto a full-time Beauty course at Level 3.

Outside of class time you will need to complete 100 treatments on clients and build up a portfolio of case studies.
