Brows and Lashes (4-week Course)

This 4-week course is ideal for those wanting to start out in the beauty industry or to add new treatments to the services already offered.

Course Detail

Our 4-week course will teach you the practical skills needed for brow and lash treatments including:

Lash Lifting - curling the lashes from base to tip so that you can see the full length.
Brow Lamination - the straightening and lifting of hairs using a chemical solution, allowing for more flexibility and the ability to move into the desired shape.
Threading - the removal of individual hairs from the hair follicle as twisted thread catches hairs as it is rolled across the skin and removes them.

You will also learn about carrying out consultations, aftercare, and contra-indications to treatment.

Additional Information

This course will run from 5.00pm-8.30pm on a Wednesday evening.

This course is suitable for beginners, and all equipment will be provided.

You will need to come in for a product test 24 hours before the course as you will need to both receive and give treatments on the day. Once a booking has been made you will be contacted by Broadstairs College to arrange this. You cannot take part in the course if you do not have the skin patch test.
