Where to find Student Services:
Student Services can be found in the Open Learning Resource Centre and the Counselling service can be found in the Yarrow building.

Student Services listens to what you have to say about the service we provide for you – both the good and the bad. Therefore, any constructive criticism about our services will be taken seriously and fully investigated.
If you have a compliment or complaint, write direct (or email careers@thanet.ac.uk) to the Cross Curriculum Manager, Student Services, The OLRC, Thanet College. Please provide as much factual detail as possible.
Once we have received your comment, we will contact you within 3 working days to let you know that we’ve received it. Your comment will then be investigated by Rachel, and we will report back to you within the next 10 working days about what is being done.
