The student facilities are second to none at Thanet College with a purpose-built Student Centre, our version of a common room, that houses table tennis and pool tables, Internet access, Sky TV and a study area. The Centre is run by dedicated members of staff who, throughout the year, organise various activities such as sporting fixtures, visits to the theatre and trips to theme parks. Students can also book in for hair and beauty treatments in the College Trilogy salons.

Work is continuously ongoing to improve accessibility around the campus grounds including additional disabled parking bays and sloped walkways as needs are identified.

We encourage wheelchair users to use an electric wheelchair wherever appropriate, we may be able to provide one if needed.

Lifts sited around the College campus are activated by key fobs assigned to those who need them. Additional fobs can be used as remote controlled door operators and our College minibuses have tail lifts installed for wheelchair users.
