I was helping on the ‘Health, Public Services and Care’ section stands during the November 18^th Open Day afternoon and was joined by three public services (Level 2) students and a friend on the Public Services Course Stand. These students were:

I would like to commend these students on their professional and enthusiastic approach in explaining to visitors the different public services courses, the activities they are involved in and the subjects they are studying. We had several visitors who commented on the fact that it was useful to meet students who are currently on the course and of their enthusiasm.

These students need a mention, as they demonstrated being excellent ambassadors for Thanet College, they looked smart in their uniforms and were polite and helpful towards the visitors, many who were considering applying for public services courses when they leave school.
