Netball Success
Helen Knell, who is a staff member at Thanet College, recently won the ‘Players Player of the Year’ award through receiving the most votes from her team, the ‘Alpha Ladies Red’.
During the presentation night at the Winter Gardens, the women on the team celebrated winning their division in the league while also winning the Attack Cup through scoring the most goals of all teams in their particular division.

Helen has been a Learning Support Practitioner at Thanet College for a number of years and won ‘Most Outstanding LSP of the Year’ during this year’s celebration event.
As the year comes to an end this is a high note for Helen and helps to highlight how one individual’s successes can feed into the complete success of our college.
