Getting Here

Chances are that you will fly into either Heathrow or Gatwick Airports. It is possible to get to the college by train via central London, but if you are coming to study we will help arrange a car to pick you up. It’s a lot easier and a lot faster, especially if you have never travelled in the UK before!
 
Broadstairs is about 2 hours from Heathrow and 1 hour 45 minutes from Gatwick by car. Both Airports have links to Central London, and trains run to and from London Victoria Rail Station every hour until midnight.
 
Remember that trains and the London Underground (Metro) does not run all night! Most lines stop running around 11:00pm! Thanet College has a welfare support mobile (cell) phone. We will give you the number before you travel so that you can contact a member of staff if you need help.
