Why should you study this course?

This is a specialist course for cooking enthusiasts, designed to give candidates a basic introduction to cake decoration.

What will you be studying?

This course will teach you the following skills:

• Covering a sponge cake with regal icing
• Making and using a piping bag to decorate an iced cake
• Using a cutter to make frills to attach to the cake
• Making moulded flowers for decoration.
