Thursdays are fine dining nights. From time to time we welcome guest chefs to cook for our diners. Previous guest chefs have included celebrity chef Gary Rhodes, Dev Biswal, Executive chef at the award winning Ambrette Restaurant, and Scott Goss, Head Chef at Michelin-listed The Swan in West Malling.
