£9.50p per child, for every 10 children 1 adult is free.

Following from last months CD listings for the College library, the latest additions are available to be borrowed. This month there appears to be something for everybodies taste, from the epic album Blackwater Park by Opeth through to the fun dancing sounds from Goldfrapp. If you want to see the complete list please read more.

It’s come around quickly from the original posting so note that the Audio Bully’s are playing at the Westcoast bar in Margate this Friday (23rd). You can find all the details in the previous blog post, made before their gig was postponed.
Another gig is taking place on Saturday, with two well known bands, Floors & Walls and Sonic Book Six. This is a double headline show!
So if you’re interested in either of these bands it looks like it’s going to be a really good night out. More details are available on the Westcoast’s website.

If you’re looking to get fit and want to save a bit of money, Leisureforce is offering a student discount rate for their Gold membership, costing £26.70. This is a saving of £9!
This price covers unlimited access to the gym, swimming pool and classes, and also gives passport to leisure rate for any other activities and discounts for children aged 8 or under.
There doesn’t seem to be as many good games coming out this month but this is usually expected as we head towards the summer shortage of quality new releases.
The one’s that stand out to me are all sequels from established, well known, titles.

On the 30th March, the BAFTA winning Modern Warfare 2 received a new map pack that costs a whopping 1200 points on Xbox Live, or, £9.99…
The Stimulus pack is an exclusive to the platform and includes 5 new maps to play through, however 2 of those are returning from the first Modern Warfare title.
