Equality and Diversity
The following policies and procedures are in place to help embed our commitment towards equality and diversity. We review these regularly and update them in response to feedback from users and/or changes in the law. Our policies and procedures are on the college intranet and are also available in a larger format, on tape or in other languages if needed. They include:

In addition we have a Single Equality Scheme and Action Plan in place which helps us to:
Ensure that the college operates fairly and provide a framework from which to manage equality and diversity,
Give a clear and unified statement of intent with regard to our commitment to equality and diversity,
Encourage all members of the college community to recognise and understand how they can play their part in embedding equality and diversity.
